The first team presented their project, “Inter-disciplinary Approach and Community Collaboration to Develop an Asthma Management Tool.” It consisted of Harpreet Sood, MD, MPH, Deland Fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Luiu Tsao, second year Harvard medical student, and Komal Kothari, second year Harvard medical student.
The second team presented their idea of “A Novel Public Health Model in Family Medicine: Integrating Oral Health into Diabetic Group Visits.” The team included Raina Chandiramani with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, George Chen with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Sina Hedayatnia with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Viet Nguyen with Harvard Medical School, and Helen Yang with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
My passion is healthcare optimization, whether that is with innovation, making scientific discoveries, or improving delivery. I love bringing people and ideas together and making projects work.
