This sleep mask draws on meditation to help retrain the user’s mind through “calming active Beta brain waves” to clear “thoughts and worries and attain the Alpha brain-wave state that allows relaxation and sleep,” according to its website. The concept is simple—wear the mask to help block out light and relax. Before going to sleep, users need to hold the mask up to a light source for 30 seconds.

The mask is marketed towars women going through menopause, shift workers and even those suffering from jetlag.
