Ten Tools to Help Fight Insomnia

Philips offers different Wake-up Light systems which use a combination of light and sound to gradually wake up the user by emulating sunrise. Over the course of a half hour, the light increases until it is fully lit, at which point the user’s chosen natural sound will also start, to fully wake the user.

The unit has 10 light settings and four brightness display settings in addition to a clock alarm. And, don’t worry, it has a snooze feature, as well. More advanced units include radio, multiple sound choices, sunset simulation to help users fall asleep and auto dimming.
