Boston Scientific’s Connected Patient Challenge provides digital health innovators a chance to come together to improve healthcare.

The goal is to identify new concepts in digital health that can prevent health crises and allow for better management of chronic conditions. More broadly, the Connected Patient Challenge is designed to foster a digital health innovation community where discussion with a wide range of peers and experts can build strong, robust challenge submissions that lead to successful, life-changing diagnostics, devices, therapies and patient management programs.

We aim to:

  1. Bring together people (healthcare provider individuals and institutions, patients, payers, researchers and industry) from across the healthcare ecosystem to learn pain points within healthcare and to discuss digital health solutions.
  2. Explore the potential of using patient or population health data, patient monitoring and/or predictive analytics to ultimately improve patient care.
  3. Consider how these solutions can support a value-based care paradigm to improve patient outcomes, make care more efficient and ultimately lower healthcare costs.

Everyone who submits will get:

  • Invaluable feedback about your idea and dialog with leading experts in the field. The earlier you submit, the more feedback you will get.
  • You will also get free admission to the Final Event in Cambridge, Massachusetts!

How would you use patient or population health data, patient monitoring and/or predictive analytics to ultimately improve the care of patients with chronic conditions? How can these solutions support a value-based care paradigm to improve patient outcomes, make care more efficient and ultimately lower healthcare costs? Submit your idea today hereboston scientific challenge, connected patient, digital health challenge
