In particular, you’ll learn why the existence of audited financial statements, independent valuation assessments and a strong control and compliance environment are vitally important from the get-go. As part of the panel discussion, the MFA team will also offer sound advice on ways to head-off common accounting and reporting issues companies often face when they begin to entertain strategic alternatives.

Who should attend:

CEO’s, CFO’s, Board Members and business leaders who are seeking an understanding of how strong financial, operational, and compliance controls are key to the long-term success of any business.
