Healthcare Track at ACH 2019

The ACH Healthcare Track is designed to provide healthcare professionals with an insider perspective on healthcare delivery in the MENA region. Panels include trailblazers like Dr. Rana Dajani, leading molecular biologist and advocate for women STEM education, and Dr. Alaa Murabit, UN High-Level Commissioner, discussing the future of biomedical research and healthcare innovation. Other panels feature humanitarian experts like SAMS’s president, Dr. Ahmad Tarakji, and offer real-world lessons gained from rebuilding healthcare systems in conflict zones like Syria and Yemen. The healthcare track also explores mental health through various perspectives, including digital health, art, and activism. Attendees have the opportunity to engage with one another and form lasting professional connections via workshops, interactive exhibits, and intimate fireside chats with prominent figures like Dr. Conrad Fischer and Dr. Gordon Freeman.
