Rick Berke, Editor of STAT, a new life sciences website from Boston Globe Media, will lead a panel discussion with journalists, researchers and leaders in the field for an insider’s perspective of the current state of medical innovation, and its future. Panelists include Carl Zimmer, STAT national correspondent, author and New York Times science columnist, Meg Tirrell, Co-host of STAT podcast, biotech and pharma reporter for CNBC and Sharon Begley, STAT senior writer and author. Following the panel, join an exclusive Q&A with Eric Lander, founding director of the Broad Institute at MIT and Harvard, and Seth Mnookin, STAT writer, author and co-director at MIT’s science writing program. Hosted in the heart of Kendall Square at the Mark & Lisa Schwartz Auditorium at The Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard, join us for an evening of discussion from the front lines of life sciences.
